Deep Well Dewatering
Deep Well Dewatering is a versatile pre-drainage dewatering system. The interaction of the Radius of influence of each of the wells results in the overall drawdown across the area to be dewatered. More commonly wells are fitted with a multi-stage submersible borehole pumps allowing greater drawdown depths to be achieved.
A Deep Well Dewatering System consists of a series of borehole into which a slotted casing is installed with the annulus between the bore and screen filled with a filter media. A submersible pump is installed into each well and often connected to a common discharge. The system can lower the water table 30 meters or more in a single lift, without staging, and each well is capable of pumping different flow rates depending on the underground conditions.
Our integrated turnkey process is cradle to grave – project delivery is seamless, effective and without fuss – we provide peace of mind, by taking care of everything, from design, installation, commissioning, operation, monitoring and maintenance of the entire system, providing hassle-free dewatering. A fully qualified in-house Engineering and Design department can assist with design options, or engineer a specific tailor-made system to suit any application requirement.
